What sets the 300M steel apart is its composition. This aircraft-grade alloy is a modified, reinforced version of the already robust 4340 chromoly, enhanced with the addition of Vanadium and a higher silicon content. Vanadium, a common element in high-speed tool steel (HSS), plays a crucial role in elevating the steel’s strength to unparalleled levels. This means our 300M axles are built to withstand even the most demanding conditions, ensuring maximum durability and longevity. The increased Silicon content further enhances the steel’s strength and hardness, while also providing superior resistance to high-temperature oxidation. This means you can count on our 300M axles to perform flawlessly, even in the harshest environments.

The Demon Axle features a dual plunge design that allows extra suspension travel while preventing binding, delivering smooth performance across challenging terrains. With an impressive articulation angle of up to 47°, it ensures maximum flexibility and control. The stock-length axles are compatible with most bracket lift kits up to 3 inches and any portal lift setup, offering wide customization options. Engineered to be up to 40% stronger than standard 4340 XHD axles, these axles boast a maximum breaking torque of 6,400Nm for unmatched durability. They are also available for popular long-travel kits, with customized axle options available upon inquiry.
AXLE
The dual plunge design allows for extra suspension travel while preventing binding, and the CVs provide an exceptionally high articulation angle of up to 47°. These stock-length axles are compatible with most bracket lift kits up to 3″ as well as any portal lifts. They are up to 20% larger than OEM axles, delivering a maximum breaking torque of 4,600Nm. Available for popular lift kits, with customized axle options offered upon inquiry.

CV JOINT
The forged CV joints are fully constructed from 4340 Chromoly steel, including the race and cage, ensuring exceptional strength and durability. Each internal component is specially engineered to enhance structural integrity while reducing heat generation during high-performance use. The inner cavity is micro-polished to maintain tight tolerance control and minimize friction-related heat buildup. A specialized surface finish further accelerates heat dissipation, keeping the joint cool under pressure. Packed with premium lithium-based grease, these CV joints deliver peak reliability, smooth operation, and long-lasting performance.

SHAFT
Crafted from aircraft-grade 300M steel, this axle is built for exceptional strength and durability. The straight shaft design is precisely engineered to maximize size and strength while eliminating stress concentrations for superior reliability.
