Description
This is an example using the default Mode 1 programming
Black Wire: Battery (-) Negative Terminal
Red Wire: Battery (+) Positive Terminal
Switch 1
- White With Brown Stripe Wire: Connect the wire to one side of the momentary switch. The other side of the switch must be connected to the (-) NEGATIVE battery terminal.
- First push of switch does 1st tone
- Second push of switch does 2nd tone
- Two quick taps of switch turns siren off
Switch 2
- White With Red Stripe Wire: Connect the wire to one side of the momentary switch. The other side of the switch must be connected to the (-) NEGATIVE battery terminal.
- Push of switch activates horn
You can program 5 modes with this siren by changing the dip switches on the back of it:
- Mode 1: (Default)
- Switch 1 White/Brown Wire: Instant HF 2-cycle (wail-yelp)
- Switch 2 White/Red Wire: Air Horn
- Mode 2:
- Switch 1 White/Brown Wire: Instant HF 3-cycle (wail-yelp-piercer)
- Switch 2 White/Red Wire: Air Horn
- Mode 3:
- Switch 1 White/Brown Wire: Tone 1 (Wail)
- Switch 2 White/Red Wire: Tone 2 (Yelp)
- Mode 4:
- Switch 1 White/Brown Wire: Tone 1 (Wail)
- Switch 2 White/Red Wire: Air Horn
- Mode 5:
- Switch 1 White/Brown Wire: 10 sec. override cycle (Tone 1 – Tone 2)
- Switch 2 White/Red Wire: Air Horn
You have an available 10 tones to choose from with this siren depending on the mode that you program fist:
- Wail
- Yelp
- Piercer
- Hi/Lo
- Y249
- Warble
- Woop
- Tri Tone
- Alt. Wail
- Martin Tone
